The Galerie Old Chelsea is a collective of professional artists from the National Capital Region. Nestled in the Gatineau Hills and situated above Les Fougères restaurant, the Galerie features an inviting, open space and a wide array of local art, including paintings, photography, unique jewelry, stained glass, wearable fabric art, and pottery.

To provide exposure to artists from the region and to offer visitors the excitement of viewing works in a variety of genres and techniques, the Galerie also provides a space for other local artists to showcase their work for a three-week period.

 

We invite you to enjoy the Galerie’s relaxed, studio-tour atmosphere and have a chat with an artist next time you’re in the area. Galerie Old Chelsea is located on the second floor above Les Fougères Restaurant. While clients with mobility issues may not be able to physically access our premises, we would be happy to assist you with a gallery experience. We recommend that you call us at 819-827-4945 in advance of your visit to ensure that the Associate on duty knows you are coming.

 

On arrival, please use the main door to Restaurant Les Fougères, come through the shop, up one small ramp and to the bottom of the stairs to the Galerie, then call to let us know you have arrived. We will join you there to discuss your interests and can offer to show you cellphone photos of works currently in the Galerie. We can also bring down a few items for you to look at.
